Anthony “Tony” Peduto was named CEO of CTI Towers during the formation of the company. Tony’s wireless tower experience includes being Chief Operating Officer of Optasite where he managed the company’s day-to-day operations and tower development in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands until SBA’s purchase of the company in 2008. Tony also served five years as Vice President of the West and Northeast Regions of American Tower Corporation (NYSE:AMT).
Tony has also held senior executive roles at a number of other successful telecommunications and cable television enterprises including ICS Communications, Tele-Communications, Inc. and American Cablesystems. Tony’s served as President of the Friends of EG Hockey and was a member of the Board of Directors for the East Greenwich Little League program. He has also devoted time to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a Wish Come True. Tony is a graduate of Colby College, and is originally from Boston, MA.
Carrie joined CTI Towers after providing ten years of experience as outside counsel to the wireless industry including the representation of national and regional wireless service providers, national and regional tower developers and distributed antenna services (DAS) providers. Carrie has been responsible for, and obtained, regulatory approvals for the installation of numerous telecommunications towers and hundreds of antenna installations throughout New England. Carrie represented a regional wireless service provider in its acquisition by a national service provider. Carrie has provided legal counsel in all phases of tower development including lease negotiations and drafting, zoning and regulatory approvals, negotiating utility and access easements and litigation. Carrie has also provided legal services to utility companies as well as renewable energy companies. Carrie was named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers magazine and Connecticut Magazine. Carrie is a magna cum laude graduate of Bates College, and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as a member and managing editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Carrie has also been involved in the community by riding the in Pan-Mass Challenge, a 200 mile charity bike ride in Massachusetts, has been a Special Olympics volunteer and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Carrie is from the state of Connecticut.
Andrew brings extensive tower industry experience to CTI through his previous roles as General Manager – Finance & Administration of Crown Castle’s Australian subsidiary, and as CFO of Crown Castle’s UK operations. Following the sale of Crown Castle’s UK operations to the global energy company, National Grid, Andrew moved into the regulated utility company holding a number of senior finance positions in the UK and US. Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Vice President and CFO of National Grid’s US Financial Services group, based in New York. Prior to his tower and utility roles, Andrew served as the Regional Finance Director for East Asia, and subsequently, for the Asia Pacific region for the global consumer products manufacturer, Reckitt & Colman. Andrew is a native of Australia, holds a degree in business with concentrations in accounting and economics from the University of Technology in Sydney Australia. He is also a fellow of CPA Australia and is in the final stages of his MBA at Baruch College in New York.
